Yes, the Qardio blood pressure monitor does support multiple users. Note that the name of the monitor begins with the letter Q and not C. It is spelled Q a r d i o.
You download the Qardio app and pair it with the QardioArm blood pressure monitor. I put a podcast on Applevis 3 years ago describing the setup and use.
