I downloaded the IOS 6 iBook to my PC yesterday- but could not find it on the iPhone after syncing. When I attempted to manually sync the 'books' category in iTunes, there came a warning that if I continued I would lose everything my old library and only have the new one. I have tons of music in the library, so cancelled the sync.
What does this warning mean in real terms? And where are iBooks stored on the iPhone? Thanks to all you brave people who have forged ahead (this is my first iBook).
