My husband and I were just looking a bit eat the app and I have one question. On the screen that pops up when i open the app, there is a menu button. Again, if i double tap, it does not activate. If we turn VO off and he taps, it opens, and in there are all of the settings I have been looking for, like "my device", etc. Why can I not open that menu?
