That's the beauty of Apple's own product performing worse than every other
Bluetooth headset out there. My Voyager Edge is connected to my iPhone and my
Watch as well. If I am listening to a book on my iPhone and I use the watch the
watch audio interrupts the book, but as soon as I am done I would say within a
second or two the book plays again through the headset, it's almost seamless.
Apple makes it sound like the Airpods are the most advanced Bluetooth headset
out there, but if that is so why is it not even more seamless and faster let
alone completely automatic?

Subject: How to switch BeatsX or AirPods back to phone from watch?

Hi,

I have both BeatsX and Air Pods, and use them with an iPhone X and AppleWatch.

When the headphones are actively linked to the phone and Voiceover is reading
or Audible Is playing, and an alarm goes off on my phone, the watch sounds come
through the headphones, but then the sound does not switch back to the phone. I
have to turn off the headphones and back on again to re-connect them to the
phone, and sometimes I have even needed to go into the phone Bluetooth settings
to reconnect them. This doesn’t seem right to me.

Can someone provide insights into how to make this process work more smoothly?

Thanks in advance, Keith
