Hi Terri,

I would start by saying how much you like the app and why. Then explain that 
you are using the app with VoiceOver and have noticed some problems. Be as 
specific as you can about what you are trying to do and the problems you run 
into. Tell them that Applevis has a section for developers, and provide a link. 
You might also send them a link to accessibility information on Apple's site. 
Offer to beta-test the app as they try to improve its accessibility if you 
would be willing to beta-test.
