So I finally took the plunge with Flicktype. As far as support, clicking on the help button on the welcome screen takes you to an automatically generated email that you can send to the developers. With these types of emails, I usually save it in my drafts folder and compose whatever message I want to send from my PC if it’s anything more than the most basic of inquiries.
I do have some questions about the app/service in general though. Regarding punctuation, there only seem to be a limited amount of default punctuations available when you flick down. How do you access other symbols like the and sign or ellipsis, etc? I tried pressing and holding on the period on the keyboard, but the usual action where alternative characters are made available doesn’t appear to come up. Same goes for things like accented letters and the ñ.
