The Center, where I play cards, is low, down in a hollow. Often, Siri can't get a connection, but, like the guy at Consumer Cellular said, if I go to Contacts and call, I can make a call. At the end of cards, usually 16-20 people, it is so noisy that I couldn't hear my phone yesterday without the headset, which, of course, took a little more time. Anyway, last night, I went into Control Center and found volume, and it seems to be staying up. I could get it up when reading, say the weather, but as soon as I went back to the Home Screen, down it went again. I am glad to have the problem solved.
