Hi Danney, No, I’ve not experienced that. Make sure that you have got your finger at the bottom edge, preferably in the middle and move your finger up until you feel the second vibration.
To turn the phone on, you do it in the normal way and press the on/off button for about 5 seconds. To turn it off, you press the volume donw button in conjunction with the on off button .
