Well, from a cursory googling, I got Siri as a German and Norwegian name, 
meaning either "beautiful woman" or "beautiful victory" and a Swahili word 
meaning "secret". I don't know how accurate all of this is, but there you have 
it. The consensus on the spelling seems to be s i r i .
