Hi, yes, i get this from time to time too. Not quite sure why it does it, but you are better to just put in your password , otherwise it will keep asking you.

In other words, it will just pop up out of nowhere and say I need to varify my Apple ID in settings. This just started a couple of weeks ago. None of my settings have changed and it's not doing this on my phone. When given the option to select settings or "ask me later," I select the latter.
