Well, yes. He will notice a speed increase from a 6S to the XR. As for what makes it the best, from the point of you of a blind person, the big difference between the EXR and the rest of the line is the display. And since I can’t see the display, I don’t care. Same processor. Better battery life. Better audio certainly than your 6S. Mary
