Hi Folks, I am running IOS 6 on a iPhone4. I just tested the picker with the different rotor settings. First, there is an "adjust value" in my rotor setting that allowed me to change the date and time. However, the rotor settings that I could not change the picker was language, vertical, and headings. If you have the rotor set to any of these, it may be causing the problem of not being able to set the picker when creating the reminder. I haven't had any problems with this function here, but had some difficulties in the "app store" changing the picker when attempting to navigate to the next app in the search mode. HTH.
