Even though the Apple Watch has reached series 4, it still does not have its own in built sleep tracker. Tracking your sleep I’m getting full details about quality, deep sleep period, REM sleep et cetera is now a very essential component of staying healthy. Heart rate variability is also another important component of staying healthy. All this is given by sleep tracking software’s and applications. Unfortunately Apple has not used to have one of its own and therefore we have to look at other Wenders. I have tried three or four applications and none of them is VoiceOver friendly. Does anyone know of any sleep tracker which is of a good quality, gives automatic sleep recording and is VoiceOver friendly? Thank you!karuna
