I use Sleep Watch and love it. I don't wear my watch every night. I do love how it integrates with the Health app. You can set it to ask you each day how well you slept. I turned that off though since I often forgot to go in the app and answer the question. I do have it set to give me a daily summary of my sleep and average heart rate via notification.
