There is a phenomenon with the native Weather App where, at times, the predicted temperatures do not appear in the hourly nor daily forecasts. This is corrected by entering the “Edit Cities” dialog and toggling between a couple of the listed towns. Then, after doing that and double tapping the desired city the temps once again appear in the forecasts lines.
I will add here that although Mason, WI is listed as my default “city,” Iron River, WI is 5 miles closer to where i live so I prefer to get the forecast information for Iron River. I know that sounds a bit questionable. After all, how much difference would it make? Well, you would be surprised - there is frequently a 5 degree (F) difference; particularly in the midst of summer and the dead of winter. The App seems to force Mason as the default - that is my address city despite Iron River being so much closer. Can anyone offer any suggestions to eliminate this rather annoying phenomenon? * * * * * * * * * * * * - Bill from Ino, Wisconsin - “Character is found in how you treat people who cannot do anything for you!” - Robert Wright, 19??-Present -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
