Hi, That determines whether the audio message is deleted 2 minutes after it comes in or remains in your account. If you have turned on iCloud settings, all messages that you haven't deleted, and any audio message you choose to save, is stored in iCloud. I have no idea how you would get to the messages other than in the Messages app, however.
