Hi Davy,

Have you checked the setting for allowing notifications on the lock screen 
recently? Sometimes a setting gets changed without your knowing it. Also, make 
sure Always Speak Notifications is on if you want VoiceOver to read the 
notifications as they come in. If it's off, VoiceOver tells you there's a 
notification but doesn't read it.
