Hi Greg,

I tried to pair first from the bluetooth menu and tried again from voice over 
braille menu and got connection failed in all attempts. When i tried to pair 
from the braille menu it gave me an edit box to enter a number. I did not know 
what number to put so i put 0000. It failed to pair in all of my attempts. Do 
you know where am i going wrong? I really appreciate your help.

Are you trying to connect it from the bluetooth settings menu or from 
voiceovers accessibility settings? In order to connect the display you need to 
go into the accessibility settings. Once in there open up the voiceover 
settings and go to braille. In this section is where you need to pair the 
display.
