Open the message, move to the start of the text you want to copy, then turn the rotor to text selection and flick up or down to select the unit you want to use to select text, your options are as follows:
Character selection Word selection Line selection Page selection Select All Now flick right and select your text, e.g. if you flicked down to Word Selection then flicking right will select text in your email word by word starting from where you positioned the cursor. Once you selected all the text you want turn the rotor to "Edit", then flick down to "Copy" and double tap. The text is now on the clipboard and you can go to Facebook and paste it there.
