You know guys, and I do not mean to come across as harsh, but don't you think this is actually a feature, rather than a bug? I mean, for example, say another VoiceOver user in the same house or whatever prefers to use a different voice. The user then gives the iPhone back to you but forgot to change it back to what you prefer. At least now you can restart VoiceOver, and your prefered voice will be back.

I have just updated my I phone 4 to IOS 6. I like to use the British
language as my default which means I use Daniel as a default voice. I
have started to using the South Africa voice and liking it as well.
Now, when I turn off voice over and then turn it back on, the phone
defaults to Daniel. Any reason? I can language rotar and put it back
to South Africa but it does not come back up in South Africa. How can I
change the default if I choose? Better yet, how can I keep South Africa
the one to come back to when I am bringing voice over back from silent
mode? Thanks!
