Hi Andrew, Chrome will work with your computer but, not with your version of Jaws. You would need, at a minimum, Jaws 18 to work with your computer and Chrome. Take care. Mike. Andy,, you could try to uninstall the firefox you have now. Rfirst you could do a system restore before it updated. Another suggestion for a browser that works well with windows 7 is crome. One site we were having some trouble with was the tv land site, and crome worked better with the web page than the newer explorer we have and the fire fox. Let us know how you're doing.
