Her phone works fine except that it will not receive calls. She can make calls, but received calls go to voicemail. I have checked everything I can think of. Sounds are unmuted. Vibrate and ringer are on, with ringer volume set to 100%. Do Not Disturb is off. I even tried the last resort of reset network settings. Nothing seems to change the status. I'm all out of ideas.
