Well I haven’t had experience with the app you were talking about, I’ve used two sets of hearing aids with two different apps. I find the apps in general to be fairly and accessible. I have had better luck using the hearing aid shortcut that I believe is installed when you pair your hearing aids. You do a triple click home and of course voiceover is probably the default. But if you swipe to the right you should hear something about hearing aid devices. Do one finger double tap on that and look at the options that you have. For example, I have a recurring hearing aids and I can’t easily get the battery battery status from the app. But if I use the shortcut, I have no problem is it verbalizes the battery status of both as soon as I enter the shortcut.
