Hi, If you want something silly, there's an app called Modern Magic 8 Ball that is free at the moment. You ask a yes or no question, double-tap the button or shake your phone, and get an answer. The app description specifically mentioned VoiceOver, and it is indeed accessible. There's also an Apple Watch app, and it's accessible as well. So you never have to be without goofy fortune telling.
