I have had the same experience, where I could not find a song by title, but searched by artist and found songs. In my case, I was looking for an early 90's rock song. I found the gentleman who recorded several songs for a band, but I could not find the band or the song by title. Weird how these things work. It seems like Apple Music has 95% of the music out there, but I have noticed some music that they don't have, perhaps the music is more obscure. There have been times when I find music on YouTube that does not exist on Apple Music.
