I have heard no reports of an iPhone which is secured with a passcode and Touch or Face Id unlocking automatically, this simply does not happen and if it did it would be all over the media and Apple’s stock would drop 2% instantly. If of course you push the home button to activate SIRI and do so with the same finger you use for Touch Id then of course the phone will unlock.
