Check AppleVis for what's new, which is basically not much for VoiceOver or on the mainstream. I think you can subscribe to the new Apple News Plus service today, but most other things they announced will be available anywhere from 2 to 6 months from now. I'm getting tired of Apple previewing new things, but not actually releasing them till a little to a lot later. If that's their new model, why don't they tell us now about what's going to be in this year's iPhone? I can dream, hehehe.
