My Reminders used to Remind. Now, the signal goes off, but I have to open Reminders to read it. I have a couple of friends, who, believe it or not, are weaker iPhone users than I am. That would be a problem for one of them in particular. Siri used to read mine, even on the old 4S.

My friend can tell Siri "create a reminder in 3 minutes to walk the dog", and in three minutes the dinger dings and the phone says to walk the dog. With me, nada. I have tried with Siri, without Siri. I have examined the settings for reminders and notifications and everything looks right. Is there a hidden command I need to find somewhere and check or uncheck? thanks, Ann -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
