Hi, Lelia, Have you tried a different pair of headphones or earbuds?  does this happen with wireless headphones?  If the answer to both questions is no then it could be the headphones themselves.  I am really rough on headphone cords and I know it's time to swap out the cord when SIRI or audio playback starts without my initiating it.
