And they won't make that clear until June when they announce iOS 13 at the world wide developer's conference, that is the event when they announce which devices support the new iOS. However, having said that, I am quite sure that the iPhone SE as well as the 6S and 6S Plus which are essentially the same inside will all get iOS 13 as the last version of iOS, they will probably no longer support iOS 14 in 2020.
