No proof, just a hypothesis that seems more and more plausible due to the
mounting number of patent suits filed against them by one company or
another.

Hmm, this seems like a stretch, and I haven't seen anything in the
article that was posted or anywhere else to indicate this. Do you have

I think they could have made it work but they didn't. Companies have
failed products sometimes it is what it is.
