Hi Lisa, I assume that when you say you changed the name of the app, you did the two-finger double-tap and hold gesture and typed in a name. Is that right? If so, that changes the label VoiceOver reads, but I don't think it changes the name of the app as far as iOS is concerned. I don't think there's a way to actually rename an app.
