It sounds like you opened the same app I have, it's called Radio Scanner
Deluxe, but the screen name or app name or whatever the official name is
has it called Scanner. This is why I wanted to change the Voice Dream
scanner. I use both apps frequently and didn't want to keep opening the
wrong one.
What happens if you double-tap on that app. Does the Voice Dream
Scanner open?

It also says the same, in the app switcher, until i swipe up to close
it, then it says close scanner.
