Hi Lisa, Read my message about WhatsApp which I just sent. It does not show up under "W" either if you use handwriting. Maybe try what I explained, write an "A" to bring up all your apps starting with A, then swipe left with 2 fingers to delete the letter, this will then bring up an alphabetical list of all apps on your phone. You can swipe through this list by swiping down with 2 fingers or you can swipe up with 2 fingers and if you are on the first app starting with an A you go to the last app alphabetically, if you have YouTube installed it should be YouTube. But as I explained, in my case I have WhatsApp as the very last app, then 3 more apps which for whatever reason are not where they should be alphabetically.

It's not that big of a deal because I know where the app is, but I use handwriting to open apps quite a bit and since Scanner seems to be a popular name it might throw others off as well.
