Sometimes barcodes recognize quickly. Other times, I can’t get them to do a darn thing. And sometimes, I will get the wrong identity, only to do it again and get the right one. It’s very hit and miss. I used to have a product that AT guys sold, it was a little scanner that sat on your desk and worked with a program that ran on my old windows XP machine. That is the best barcode scanner I’ve ever had.
