If you want to increase your typing speed using on screen typing, I strongly recommend getting and learning the Flicktype Keyboard app. It has a free component that lets you type and then copy and paste to the desired location but if you want to have it available for immediate input into app edit text boxes, you have to get a subscription which costs 99 cents per month.
