Hello. We ran into a similar issue when creating a group text/messaging format in my department at work, which has about 11 members. We settled on the Microsoft Teams app, which is free. We can message each other regardless of the platform, there does not seem to be a limit on the number of members, and we also have it tied into our Office 365 work account. One annoyance is that if I change my password on my work computer, I have to sign out of the Teams account and then sign back in, but otherwise it works flawlessly and is completely accessible. We have tried other apps, like What'sApp, GroupMe, and others that I can't recall now. Anyway, Teams is working great for us.
