If you have an iPhone you can use the Be My Eyes app and get a sighted helper 24/7 to try and solve it for you by showing them the screen using the iPhone camera. If you use Jaws you can also do the same with Aira since Vispero is an Aira sponsor. , solving a captcha would qualify for the free Vispero support which means you can call Aira for free after applying the Vispero offer. After the sighted helper looks at your screen through the Jaws camera they would tell you what the captcha is and you can enter it same as if a sighted person stood behind you.
