A quick Google search would indicate that there is a google Pay app for iOS, but while you can send money to people with it, it seems like you can’t use it to pay for stuff like you can with Apple Pay. Of course I for one see little reason why I would want to pay with Google Pay if I can use Apple Pay just about everywhere here in Canada. If Google Pay is accepted anywhere you have a contactless terminal it would be just as wide spread, but you still have to add a card to fund the payments and I can’t see it being as seamless a process as paying with /apple Pay is.
