Hello Ketan. My wife is enjoying her 10R very much. You should go to www.applevis.com Where you'll find all kinds of podcasts and tutorials. Because there is no home button, there are some new gestures to learn. To reach the app switcher, put your finger at the very bottom and you'll hear a very short low beep. Slide your finger up until you hear the third beep. It's like the gesture to reach the home screen but with one extra higher beep.
The gestures to reach the control centre and notification centre are similar but from the top down. The accessibility shortcut can be done by clicking the action button on the side three times. I have yet to experience face id. However, I understand that you need to hold the iPHONE in portrait mode and your face should be around six inches to a foot away. VoiceOver should talk you through the process of setting up face id. Hope that helps.
