Hi Everyone,
For some unknown reason, recently when I call Be My Eyes, the representative
says the back ground is completely black meaning they can't see anything. So I
have to ask them if they would please turn on the flash for me, and they do.
So, my question is how can I turn on the flash myself? This just started
happening since I reset my network settings by the advice of my phone carrier
in which was unrelated to the flash problem. I am using XR iPhone with the
latest update.
I've checked the camera, and the flash is turned on, I've checked the settings
in the Be My Eyes app, but I don't see anything regarding the flash.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all.
Janet

Peace Be With You.
