First of all, if you hold the phone up to your ear the screen should be disabled so that it won't respond if, for example, your cheek touches it. If you use a headset or have the phone in speakerphone mode it is perfectly normal that unless you lock the phone it reacts to touching the screen, after all, there are times when I am on a call and I want to use the phone to look up somebody's phone number, give somebody information from an email or a text message etc. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Casey Sent: Saturday, May 25, 2019 6:12 AM To: [email protected] Subject: getting the phone to stop having voice over talk while on a call
Hi I have the iPhone 10 XR. And when I am on A call and I touch the screen I have voice over talking while on the call how do you correct this? With out having to turn voice over off every time you make A call? Also when notifications come in how do you make them now talk while on A call thank you very much. -- Casey -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
