I have the exact same issue here. I recently re-named a folder from entertainment to Spectrum. Now when I open other folders, the word Spectrum is spoken before the name of the folder I am opening. The same thing has occurred with other folders that I named. When just going to the icon of the folder I did not name the word Spectrum is not spoken, only when I open it. Very curious.
