Actually, you can, to an extent. When you open the app, after signing in if prompted, the first button on screen will say something like, "Delivery to XXX Address, ASAP." To change the delivery time, double tap on this button and you can set it up to several hours in the future, such as at 6:30 tonight. I don't know if you can set it forward more than one or two days, I've never tried that. One thing I did discover one time is don't add things to your cart unless you are going to place an order. I did that once, and the items remained in my cart even when i decided not to order. They were still there some time later when I wanted to place another order. I had to get sighted assistance to remove them.
