The statement from APH only said they were going to stop selling it because they want to be able to provide an affordable braille option and that the supply stream was not dependable. Well, according to Orbit research when APH released their statement, Orbit had 2000 units in stock. So you can speculate all you want; but the reality is that APH chose to stop selling it.
