Hi Carolyn, To connect WiFi, open Settings and choose WiFi. Then select the network you want to connect to, and then type in your WiFi password.
To set up Hey Siri, go to Settings and choose Siri. You'll find a control called Listen for Hey Siri. Turn that on, and follow the prompts. To set up the VoiceOver shortcut, go to Settings/General/Accessibility. The final option is Accessibility Shortcut. Choose that, and make sure only VoiceOver is turned on.
