As for getting rid of it, it may sound like a good idea, but I wonder
how you feel if it were replaced by the same 3 apps which will be
introduced on the Mac and if these apps will be Windows 10 UWP apps
available from the Windows Store and if said apps were not accessible
at all or offered extremely poor accessibility in Windows. The current
version of iTunes may not seem so awful then.
Very well said. In fact, I don't use iTunes nor even iOS on a daily
basis, actually I do use it once in a blue moon.
Even so, I think we shouldn't bash something that isn't the best for us
if there's a chance of said thing to be replaced with something worse.
Just my two cents.
