There really isn't anything wrong with Weather Underground; I'd wait a while 
before I buy another app. Even if it didn't cover your town, it would still 
cover something nearby. Do you have location services turned on? Even if not, i 
think it would ask if it could use your location. But I'd be a little patient 
rather than looking for something else immediately. I just opened the app and 
it is working fine here. Are you living anywhere remote?
