Once again, you have to record a phrase to trigger the shortcut and there would have been several permissions to agree to during the setup. Sorry if I can’t tell you exactly to do this and that and it will work, but if you can’t figure it out maybe you can call Apple Accessibility and ask, they have the ability to share your screen and maybe guide you along.

I did that and then used your links to set up the two shortcuts. I see them in my shortcut folder now. but when I try to say ‘Siri take a picture’, she says there is a problem with the app. When I say’Say Cheese’ she says ‘That is beyond my capability at this time.’. Do I need to do anything more from my shortcut folder? When I double tap on Siri take a picture ‘shortcut in the shortcut folder, I get a prompt to run the shortcut and when I double tap on that, it will take the picture. This seems very time consuming and I have to double tap a couple of times. I may need help from a higher power.
