Holly, Open the Voice App, then double tap on settings, if you have an option to turn off text to speech, you have the latest version. Turning that off, allows VoiceOver to do the reading. Also, at the bottom of the settings screen is the version number, which should be 4.1. I don't know why you are not seeing the update, but if you delete the app and redownload it, you should end up with the latest version. Richard
